The rooms were airy, neat, and had comfortable beds. the staff at the reception desk were very pleasant and exceptional. - the hotel had a great and decent location near the Grand Place.

Reasonably clean place & customer-focused and well-trained staff at the reception desk. Easy to get to, perfect and nice location adjacent to both Midi and the market square. Besides, excellent for visiting Belgian craft beer...

The rooms are new-fashioned and neat and complete with snacks, cozy bed plus amenities of great comfort.

The hotel was gorgeous and comfortable. We had a very positive time. Breakfast was very very good.

I travel al lot and never fill in these questionares of Booked.net. But this very nice 25+room design 4 star hotel, with a very personal touch and priced like a 3 star hotel, makes the exception. The room was very comfortable and as everything is brand new the beds slept like a dream (I am very picky about this and can change rooms several times when the mattras is worn out). Yes there was a shower curtain missing (as they are waiting for delivery to install it), but with all the plusses of the room (price, comfort and location) it was a minor detail. On top of that if you like luxury dinning, there is a two Michelin star restaurant next to the hotel. For something different with a creative and fusion kitchen try the restaurant opposite of the hotel (forgot the name, but there is only one there.

The free Internet was not working at all...it is true what other travellers said about the bathroom: as no curtain or glass wall, the whole bathroom is flooded when you take a shower...not very convenient;

I booked a silent and decent-sized room with a complimentary mini-bar and a separate toilet. the service was excellent, and the food was outstanding!

Hotel was in decent location...we checked in after midnight and had to change rooms once...both rooms were nicely decorated but for 160 euros we expected to have a clean room.

first room had dirty toilet and bathroom...second room had trash in trashcan and was also not really clean...dirty elevator and carpets...felt a bit like an airline flophouse.

New and modern with a good weekend upgrade package, including afternoon tea and pre-diner drinks. 10-minute walk to the Grand Place and the Bourse.

They offer an upgraded room package, specifically including bathrobes and slippers, afternoon tea, and pre-dinner drinks. However, after we had checked-in and had showers, we couldn't find our bathrobes, so we called reception who told us that since they opened in April 2012, they have still not got any bathrobes, even though they include these on the web-site and in their upgrade packages. Misrepresentation, no matter how small, is not good for brand image, repeat business or word-of-mouth recommendations.

The location here is fantastic, very close to the main square and major attractions, the room is spotless with amazing views, and the area is quiet.

The hotel is in a fantastic location right next to the train station, Grand Place, and a two-star Michelin restaurant "Comme Chez Soi". Enjoyed having coffee and snacks at Cafe Bebo nearby.

Design and ambience. Discreet and friendly staff. Club lounge availability and free access was a major benefit and made the stay very enjoyable and civilised. Breakfast was excellent. Room very comfortable and clean. Excellent in all aspects. We will be back.
